Any disputes related to payments must be raised within 30 days of the transaction.

We are not liable for any legal consequences resulting from a client’s non-compliance with regulatory requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

Value Recruiters will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our maximum liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if a client violates these terms.
Clients may terminate their engagement with us by providing written notice, but any payments made will be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably.
If not resolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration in New Delhi, India, as per Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

10. Amendments to Terms
